Physalis Eucalyptus Globulus Bio Essence 10 ml

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. To be taken diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion. Via skin: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
Add to a bowl of boiling water. Inhale the vapours through your nose and mouth for 5 to 10 minutes.
