Evening Primrose Oil is obtained through cold pressing. Thanks to this method, it maintains its natural properties. Thus, this oil is very rich in essential fatty acids, specifically in Linoleic Acid and Gamma-Linolenic Acid.

The EFSA (European Food Safety Agency) approves the consumption of both fatty acids as they help maintain normal cholesterol levels.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

How to use

Evening Primrose Oil is obtained through cold pressing, so it does not need to be refined. This achieves a lower loss of Linoleic Acid and Gamma-Linoleic Acid than with hot pressing and is, therefore, richer in active substances.
