The Horse Chestnut tree belongs to the Sapindaceae family (also known as the Soapberry family) and is native to Asia.

It can grow to 30 meters tall and it has a straight trunk and a domed crown of stout branches.

The leaves are big and opposite, with 7 leaflets and a long petiole.

The seeds contain Saponins, mainly Aescin. We have selected a Horse Chestnut Glycerinated Extract with a 1:6 ratio.
