Airbiotic Vitamin B12 1000 Mcg 60 Capsules

Vitamin B12 contains cobalt (which is why it is also called cobalamin) and belongs to the group B vitamins. It is water-soluble and is therefore characterised by its dissolution in water, as is the case with Vitamin C and all vitamins of the B group.

Vitamin B12 is naturally found in a wide variety of animal products but is not very abundant in vegetables. For this reason, its supplementation is usually recommended for vegetarians and vegans.

Vit B12 AB 1,000 µg of Airbiotic® provides 1,000 µg of vitamin B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin.

Vitamin B12 contributes:

Instructions for use:

   * Take 1 tablet a day with a meal.
