Sinusal Nasal Cleaning Xl Junior 40 Envelopes

SinuSal® Junior is a mixture of salts specially formulated for nasal irrigation. Each box of SinuSal® Junior contains 40 sachets that are equivalent to 40 nasal washes. The content of each sachet must be dissolved in the amount of water that fits in a bottle of RhinoDouche® Junior (250 mL). The saline solution obtained has a salt concentration similar to that found in the nasal mucosa (isotonic) and is buffered to neutralize changes in the pH of the water used. It has no added preservatives that can damage the sensitive nasal mucosa, and contains xylitol with a moisturizing and anti-adhesive effect for bacteria and fungi. Its slightly alkaline pH favors the fluidization of mucus, facilitating its expulsion. Irrigation with SinuSal® Junior favors the movement of the nasal cilia and improves mucociliary clearance, which is the self-cleaning system of the upper respiratory tract.
