Instructions for use:

   * Shake the flask of Friction Arnica before use.

   * In friction: pour into the palm of the hand and apply once a day on the affected areas.

   * In compress: to apply on the affected area with a cotton pad or a pad soaked in friction, once a day on the affected areas. Not used by mouth.

   * Wash hands after application.

   * After exertion: in deeper massages to relax, soften and avoid tension.
